Russian Blue

Though I have always loved big cats (tigers, jaguars, etc.), I never thought of myself as a cat person. But when my best friend Katie's kitten Ernest found her, I fell in love with my nephew cat.

And then I knew that someday I would have a kitty of my own. I also knew that he or she would have short, solid gray fur and light blue eyes. I didn't know if cats like that existed, but not long after that I discovered Russian Blues.
